EVOLVE VALUES
How do we approach projects? How do we make decisions? Here's the blueprint!

CUSTOMIZED

I’m not pushing an agenda, which means solutions stem from my own genuine curiosity about your organization’s essence, needs and goals. Layering these elements is not the same for each client/organization or even those in the same sector. So I am devoted to creative, practical outcomes that are just as unique as you and the people you serve.

Principles:

  • Be curious and seek to understand.

  • Don’t make assumptions.

  • Meet people or organizations where they are at.

COLLABORATION

Successful relationships and outcomes stem from joint participation and joint responsibility. I will alleviate your workload but will not leave you in the dark. To align HR strategy and your business objectives, I leverage my interpersonal skills to focus on connection, communication, sharing ideas and knowledge, and your organizational expertise throughout the process.

Principles:

  • Co-create to develop and contribute to solutions.

  • Trust in the intention and integrity of others.

  • Honesty and reliability.

CAPACITY

Technically I strive to create structural, policy-based and/or procedural change within an organization. On the ‘softer’ side I want you to benefit from the process, so I enable growth and development to ensure you will confidently continue to implement solutions long after I’m gone.

Principles:

  • Empower and share ideas, knowledge and experience.

  • Leverage the process - not solely focus on the result.

  • Adapt to individuals/groups/systems – it’s not one size fits all.

COMPETENCE

I strive to help you solve HR problems so they stay solved by ‘surrounding a subject’ to understand context, linkages, causes and consequences. I complete the business of each project stage and execute it in a deliberate way. This results in a thoughtful and thorough approach to considerations, recommendations and deliverables.

Principles:

  • Identify and resolve the root problem, not the symptoms.

  • Knowledge is well-founded and recommendations are sound.

  • Responsiveness and deliberateness.
